Calling all Kindergarten through 3rd graders! Join us for an after-school Yoga Club where we'll practice important life skills like body awareness, teamwork, building courage, healthy movement habits, and calming the body and mind. 

Through yoga games, partner poses, mindfulness crafts, creative movement, and relaxation, children will explore joyful activities while building skills they can use in everyday life!
